Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of Strategic HR role
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations

  • Experience supporting a unionized manufacturing environment
  • HRBP experience with carve-outs, IPO, M&A/Due Diligence, and start-ups
