This role supports how employees learn and adopt new systems, tools, and ways of working within the University of Miami's HCM Change Enablement team.
The ideal candidate will use modern tools including AI to translate complex system changes into clear, intuitive learning experiences that drive user adoption.
The position requires collaborating with HR Technology teams to design role-based scenarios and learning paths for both project implementations and recurring system releases.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong foundation in instructional design
Experience with eLearning creation tools
Ability to design for behavior change

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
3–5 years of experience in instructional design
