** Workday is seeking a Senior Accounting & ESG Reporting Manager to oversee the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting program while providing technical accounting support. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ESG accounting and a solid understanding of US GAAP, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. **

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $152,200 USD - $228,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $128,600 USD - $228,400 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • Direct experience with ESG accounting
  • Proficient in US GAAP Accounting
  • Solid understanding of general ledger and financial statements
  • Direct experience in an accounting or auditing role
  • CPA license strongly preferred
