Job Summary

• The Pennsylvania State University Human Resources Shared Services organization is seeking an HR Shared Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service to employees as the first point of contact for their Human Resources (HR) inquires.
• This position will answer questions received via telephone and e-mail, investigate and resolve routine to intermediate inquiries, coordinate with respective departments, and escalate complex inquiries to appropriate professional services, payroll, or other staff, as appropriate.
• This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work.
