Job Summary

  • The UPS Store, Inc. (TUPSS) Franchise Consultant (FC) supports franchisees within a designated territory throughout their franchise lifecycle, optimizing revenue by collaborating with franchisees to develop quarterly/annual business plans.
  • FCs conduct quarterly store evaluations to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures, build relationships, provide training, coaching, and communication to franchisees to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
