As the Tower Technician I, you will work various job sites within Alaska performing general construction duties as part of the STG construction crew in extreme Alaskan conditions.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Climbing to heights of up to 300 feet
General construction of tower sites
Installation of microwave antennas
Alignment and cross-polarization of antennas
Perform grounding, weatherproofing, and testing
Tower rigging and crane signaling
Physical labor using arms and legs
Nice-to-have
Team member and mentor laborers
Cooking and cleaning in field quarters
Work in a respectful and supportive manner
Seek development and training opportunities
Live and work in close quarters
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years or more experience in Construction
Tower Safety and Rescue Certification within 3 months
Rigging certification within 6 months
CDL required within 12 months
Valid state driver’s license
Ability to pass drug, driving, and background screening
