Must-have
10+ years MEP construction project management experience
Expertise in HVAC, power systems, fire protection, plumbing
Experience with Integrated Systems Testing (IST) in data centers
Strong knowledge of CAPEX planning and cost estimation
Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical field
Nice-to-have
Additional languages in the APAC region
Proven experience delivering large-scale data center projects
Fluent in English written and spoken
Demonstrates initiative and resilience under pressure
Collaboration and continuous improvement culture
Key Requirements
