Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
  • Minimum 5 years program management experience
  • Experience with PLM systems and ECR/ECO processes
  • Experience leading global medical device programs
  • Minimum 5 years leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Familiarity with Lean and Agile frameworks
