Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Proficient knowledge in finance and accounting
  • Buy-side and Sell-side M&A Advisory experience
  • Financial modeling and feasibility studies expertise
  • Corporate or group restructuring experience
  • Fluency in speaking and writing Bahasa Indonesia and English

Nice-to-have

  • Master's or MBA degree from overseas university
  • Holding CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience with debt and financial restructuring
  • Experience with fundraising (debt and equity)
  • Experience with Initial Public Offerings (IPO)

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 3.00 GPA on 4.00 scale required
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English languages
  • Relevant experience in M&A advisory and financial modeling
