Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical services in the dispensing area of the Pharmacy Department at Broughton Hospital.
Responsibilities include selecting correct medication and quantities, preparing medications using dispensing tickets, and preparing sterile/non-sterile compounded products using aseptic technique.
Individuals working in this position will interface with patients and hospital staff daily and must adhere to NC Board of Pharmacy regulations and customer service standards.

$34,066.00 - $51,099.00

Key Requirements
Pharmacy Technician Certification
One or more years of Pharmacy related experience
Completion of accredited nine-month Pharmacy Technician program
High school diploma or GED and one year pharmacy experience
BLS/CPR training and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training
