Salary

Base: Not specified; Bonus/Equity: Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement, PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO or FTO, Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan for employees working 20+ hours/week.

Key Requirements

  • 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist
  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Be at least 21 years’ old
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
