Base: $82,600 - $123,800 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay; Benefits: Competitive compensation and benefits program with no waiting period

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
Minimum of five years of progressive experience
Experience in powdered beverage or dry mix categories
Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
