Job Summary
This role involves leading the ongoing development and optimization of the Workday Recruiting module to support Arriva's recruitment processes.
The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert responsible for maintenance, change requests, and upgrades across Workday Recruiting areas.
You will work closely with stakeholders across HR and recruitment to translate user needs into effective system solutions while adhering to an 'adopt rather than adapt' philosophy.
