Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience with Design to Value methodology
Proven record of executing cost out projects
Experience in design and manufacturing of transformers
Proficiency with 3D CAD software Pro-Engineer or CREO Parametric
Nice-to-have
Yellow or Green Belt Lean manufacturing certification
Experience with DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly)
Strong English communication skills for international environment
Cross-functional workshop facilitation experience
Key Requirements
