  • Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments and assist team with maintenance work orders as needed.
  • Pay: $20.50/hour | $21.50/hour if EPA certified with bonus opportunities for staying onboard.

Salary

$20.50/hour; $21.50/hour if EPA certified; Stay Bonus: $100 after each successful completion of 30, 60 and 90 days

Key Requirements

  • 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
  • No HVAC certification/experience required
  • EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable using computers and mobile devices
  • Ability to drive a golf cart
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • Background check required
