Salary

Base: $105,658 to $115,000; Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k match, 15+ days vacation

Must-have

  • 3-5 years Space Strategist experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Proficiency in IWMS/CAFM platforms
  • Ability to read architectural plans
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills

Nice-to-have

  • Change Management experience
  • AutoCAD or Revit familiarity
  • Planon platform exposure
  • Project management skills
  • Macro development knowledge

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Real Estate, or related field
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
