Job Summary
The Technical Lead will manage the technical interface between the company and external partners to support drug substance tech transfer and commercial manufacture.
This role requires providing process support to resolve production issues, evaluate change requests, and proactively manage technical risks within the small molecule line of business.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Small Molecule API process production and demonstrate fluency in both Italian and English.
