The Field Officer will serve as the main point person for one Local Government Area, coordinating with LGA immunization teams and health facilities to improve Routine Immunization coverage.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality training to Mobile Immunization Teams, conducting supportive supervision, and ensuring accurate documentation of immunization refusals and mitigation plans.

Must-have
3+ years health service delivery experience
Immunization service delivery experience preferred
Supportive supervision and mentoring skills
Collaboration with local health facility officials
Structured field report preparation
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal and public communication skills
Willingness to travel within Kebbi State
Experience with defaulter tracking strategies
Ability to coordinate multiple person teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant area
Prior experience (3 years+) working on health service delivery
Experience in immunization service delivery preferred
