The candidate must have fundamental knowledge across Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation & Control systems to effectively guide technicians and support daily operations.

Must-have
Shift leadership and building in-charge responsibility
Knowledge of Electrical Mechanical and I&C systems
Ownership of Domestic Lift and Fire Life Safety Systems
First-level troubleshooting across all facility systems
Coordination with vendors and discipline engineers
Nice-to-have
Experience in high-tech or electronic manufacturing environments
Strong communication skills for emergency situations
Ability to guide technicians effectively
Familiarity with BMS and CMMS systems
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
3–5 years of facilities operations experience
Chargeman certification (AO/A1/A4) preferred
Familiarity with Malaysian regulatory requirements
