Job Summary

  • As an expert, you will bring deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
  • You will partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, own the technology and process centerline settings, and manage the Repairs & Maintenance budget for the line.
  • Build technical and maintenance skills of the technicians, spend at least 50% of time on this, and be a subject matter expert and trainer for PM related subjects.
