OneImaging is seeking a Manager of Member Services to lead and scale their Care Navigators team, emphasizing operational excellence and member experience in the healthcare sector. Job Summary

  • As Member Operations Manager, you’ll directly lead the largest and most critical team at OneImaging: our Care Navigators, owning day-to-day execution across the full member journey.
  • You will monitor funnel metrics, remove blockers, and implement improvements to boost speed, conversion, and quality, while also coaching and growing talent through 1:1s and performance management.
  • This is a rare opportunity to grow a high-impact team from dozens to hundreds—driving results, culture, and innovation at scale.
