Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering discipline or related areas
  • 8 - 10 years management experience in operations and manufacturing
  • 4 years senior level management experience leading salaried employees
  • Demonstrated coaching and change management skills
  • Ability to express ideas effectively
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adapt at resolving conflict
  • Ability to establish strategic direction and lead initiatives
  • Proven understanding of business principles and financial management
