Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to ensure safety and quality active treatment for residents through direct support and service implementation.
  • This is a floater position that may serve all 3 areas of campus when needs arise, reporting directly to the Director of Resident Engagement.
  • The J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center provides comprehensive residential care to individuals with intellectual disabilities from 37 counties in western North Carolina.
