The SpeakUP team ensures there are safe channels and formal processes in place that enable CBA’s people and external partners to speak up about their concerns.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for conducting fair, impartial and timely investigations and culture reviews with sensitivity and professionalism.

Must-have
Workplace investigations experience
Conducting fair and impartial investigations
Drafting allegation letters and findings reports
Managing sensitive and confidential matters
Upholding integrity and promoting accountability

Resilient and self-regulated
Key Requirements
5+ years experience in investigations
Tertiary qualifications in law preferred
Experience with misconduct, sexual harassment, bullying, grievances
Knowledge of Australia's corporate whistleblower regime
