The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must accurately record all entries on flow sheets and report any changes in resident condition or accidents immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them to new rooms or medical appointments.
