Job Summary
Provides leadership and coordination in support of Toronto Shelter & Support Services (TSSS)’s Divisional work plan and the Strategic priorities as it applies to the portfolio.
Responsible for ensuring effective service delivery in achieving equitable outcomes in housing and homelessness programs and services.
Upholds and promotes harm reduction and housing first principles and practices in all initiatives employing an equity and diversity lens.

Salary
$87,800 to $116,745.00

Key Requirements
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Considerable experience in planning, development, and implementation of programs for homelessness
Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data
Experience supervising in a social services environment
Experience managing programs with legislative compliance
Experience building partnerships with community agencies
Highly developed conflict resolution, problem solving, and facilitation skills
Knowledge of current issues in homelessness, social work, mental health, substance use
