The Server is responsible for selling, preparing and serving all beverages, wine and food, including overseeing bar maintenance and managing inventory.
Essential duties include understanding and performing job duties to the expectations of the restaurant manuals, taking ownership of the bar, and facilitating communication between FOH & BOH.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 3-4 years of fine dining mixology experience and extensive food and wine knowledge.
