Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Chapter 11 bankruptcy experience required
  • Deep experience in contracting and D&O insurance
  • Drafting engagement letters and legal agreements
  • Reviewing reports and work product prior to issuance
  • Managing risk approvals and internal trackers

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Ironclad and iManage preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law
  • Minimum four years' legal experience
  • Chapter 11 bankruptcy experience required
