Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years managing multi-discipline projects
Experience with site QMS and Regulatory Requirements
Change management methodology and Lean Sigma principles
Knowledge of manufacturing plant and equipment
Safety compliance and risk management processes
Nice-to-have
Master's degree or PMP/Prince2 certification
Familiarity with automation and utilities projects
Experience with MS Project, Primavera, or SAP
Track record leading cross-functional teams
Facility master plan development experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline
10+ years managing multi-discipline projects in regulated industry
Experience with historical, current, and anticipated manufacturing plant equipment
