Job Summary
The Ecological Solutions Manager is responsible for selling advisory services, construction, and design-build across compensatory mitigation, water quality, ecological restoration, and/or resilience projects.
Achieve a defined annual sales target that enables RES to achieve its strategic growth plan and prospect and develop a sales pipeline of 4x to goal.
Attend and speak at conferences and trade groups, and identify other external leadership roles to elevate brand awareness for RES and drive lead generation.

Advanced understanding of relevant environmental regulations
