Job Summary

• The Walk-In Services team is the first point of contact for nearly 2,000 new walk-in clients annually, ensuring timely access to internal and external programming and benefits for humanitarian immigrants.
• Responsibilities include conducting in-person screenings, assisting clients with public benefit applications, completing enrollment forms, and tracking service provision through electronic data entry.
• Interns will gain US resettlement agency experience, learn about programs and public benefits, develop cross-cultural communication skills, and understand tracking and reporting requirements.
