TRUSTED SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manager/AVP for Board Services to oversee corporate secretarial services and team operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate secretarial work, managerial experience, and a thorough understanding of the Singapore Companies Act

Job Summary

  • To independently provide corporate secretarial services to clients
  • To be involved in the smooth running of operations of the teams, including being involved the in the design of new processes or systems and/or the improvement of existing processes or systems
  • To oversee/mentor junior members of the team
