Job Summary
The Production Supervisor provides direct supervision to manufacturing associates to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People performance goals.
This role requires adherence to the Integer Production System (IPS) focusing on standardization, associate engagement, and systems optimization.
Candidates must ensure products are produced with the highest level of quality through adherence to QMS and attainment of Quality Metric KPIs.
