• Serve as the enterprise-wide functional expert for Oracle GTM, leading a team to enhance system capabilities and enable automation.
• Partner closely with IT, supply chain, customs operations, legal, and business unit leaders to build a scalable and automated global trade compliance ecosystem.
• Monitor emerging trade regulations and translate requirements into system-driven compliance capabilities, while leading GTM-related training and driving user adoption.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, International Business, Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience in global trade compliance or trade systems implementation
• Demonstrated success implementing automated trade compliance solutions and systemic controls
• Strong understanding of global import/export regulations, customs processes, and compliance requirements
• Experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional project teams
