Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are a key member of Glass America’s shop operations team and instrumental in our overall success.
You will have a direct impact on how efficient and effective our team is, day in and day out.
Full-Time (30 or more hours per week) employees enjoy 80 hours of accrued paid time off annually, 80 hours of paid parental leave, and 6 paid holidays annually.

Key Requirements
Work experience demonstrating organization and high volume handling
Comfortable in customer-facing role
High aptitude for technology and data entry
Ability to work Saturdays and overtime as necessary
Auto Parts and/or Dispatcher experience highly desirable
