Indclutch is seeking an Internal Sales Representative (ISR) to support their field sales team in Taipei, Taiwan. This commission-based role focuses on account management, customer service, and operational support, requiring strong people skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Job Summary

  • Serve as the critical operational link between account managers, FAEs, distribution partners, and end customers in support of the Lead-to-Order Process.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide proactive back-office support to Sales and FAE teams, and work directly with end customers on orders and inquiries.
  • Coordinate sample requests, NPI support, and collect/analyze demand signals to prepare consolidated sales forecasts.
