Job Summary
Position is responsible for providing support to individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
Connect to and support individuals in various stages of navigation from CPEP to community, based on identified needs and requests for support.
Work collaboratively with the team to educate all involved on recovery, self-determination, shared decision making, dignity of risk, and peer values.
