The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive engineering knowledge to develop new approaches for complex problems in the medical device and energy markets.
You will serve as a subject matter expert who embeds Quality within the Engineering discipline, ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and the company's Quality Management System.
The role involves leading sustained change through the Integer Production System, championing innovation strategies, and providing supervision for up to 4-5 technicians.
