Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with personal care, mobility, feeding, and monitoring for skin breakdown or pressure areas.
Strict adherence to confidentiality laws is required, including the immediate reporting of any suspected unauthorized disclosure of protected health information.
