Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Coordinator (Help Desk Operator) is a key role within the delivery of the facility management services for the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment (FHR) project.
  • This role is responsible for ensuring that the Hard FM Services are delivered in a way that complies with contractual requirements, legislative / statutory requirements and industry best practice.
  • This role is required to work on a permanent PM shift starting at 12pm and running through to 8pm on weekdays.

  • Australian and state based HSE legislation and compliance
  • Ability to use Microsoft office suite
  • Committed to work on 12pm - 8pm shift onsite during weekdays
