Job Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator (Help Desk Operator) is a key role within the delivery of the facility management services for the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment (FHR) project.
This role is responsible for ensuring that the Hard FM Services are delivered in a way that complies with contractual requirements, legislative / statutory requirements and industry best practice.
This role is required to work on a permanent PM shift starting at 12pm and running through to 8pm on weekdays.

Key Requirements
Trade or Tertiary qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a highly complex building services environment or health care industry
Business Acumen
Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts
Hazard and risk assessments
Australian and state based HSE legislation and compliance
Ability to use Microsoft office suite
Committed to work on 12pm - 8pm shift onsite during weekdays
