Proficiency with hand tools and welding equipment
Knowledge of trailer systems and components

OEM training and certifications preferred
ASE T4, T5, T6, T7 certification
Experience with aluminum and chem-lite repair
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn advanced mechanical skills
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
3 years of experience in related field
Must obtain ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months
Valid DOT medical card or pass DOT physical
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
