The Research Program Manager is a critical role within our Research Operations pillar, responsible for the health and scaling of our global research infrastructure.
This individual will serve as the strategic liaison between the R&I team and our corporate partners in Legal, Finance, and Privacy to ensure research is performed ethically and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include leading the full lifecycle of research agencies and tool vendors, managing legal and privacy agreements, and driving process innovation for participant recruitment and knowledge management.
