Job Summary
Provide support to the Commercial Manager in maintaining positive business relationships with the commercial client portfolio to achieve customer satisfaction and increased sales in the commercial market.
Support the Commercial Manager in reviewing and daily follow-up of established indicators to ensure objective achievement through Commercial Sales (profitability), reduction of unit accidents, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to identify compliance with the correct execution of operational policies and procedures for Commercial (Returns, Cash registers, price changes, credit management) with the objective of increasing sales and offering excellent customer satisfaction.
