Must-have

  • 5+ years residential mortgage underwriting experience
  • 6+ years mortgage industry experience
  • Experience reviewing borrower profiles and credit reports
  • Ability to manage large pipeline under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience underwriting Jumbo loans preferred
  • Experience with recent manual underwriting
  • Experience in medium to large nonbank lender
  • Encompass LOS system experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years recent residential mortgage underwriting experience
  • Minimum 6+ years total mortgage industry experience
  • Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Bangalore office
