Job Summary

  • This pivotal role manages the timetabling process and its dependencies and constraints, coordinates staffing allocations with relevant stakeholders, and oversees casual/sessional engagement and pay processes for more than 100 sessional staff.
  • Drawing on your understanding of School and College operations, you’ll translate high-level concepts into detailed, achievable plans, enabling the Dean and School Manager, Planning & Operations (SMPO) to focus on strategic and tactical matters.
