Job Summary
Leads large strategic and cross-functional improvement programs by defining strategic intent of programs and overseeing deliverable development to ensure project goals are met.
Provides leadership and direction in building client engagement, program development, strategic decision-making, project scope and deliverables.
Train, coach, and mentor department staff as well as other hospital employees as needed on Process Improvement/Project Management/Change Management principles and relevant tools.
