Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
  • 8+ years enterprise or construction technology sales experience
  • demonstrated success closing multi-million-dollar deals
  • knowledge of commercial contracting principles
  • valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25%
  • familiarity with building automation systems and mission-critical infrastructure
  • experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM
