Job Summary
Provide full support to all employees and managers throughout the complete HR life cycle, from onboarding to exit processes.
Act as a sparring partner and coach for management in all HR-related matters and serve as a liaison to the global HR organization.
Contribute to the development of concepts for site development in areas such as employer branding, employee satisfaction, communication, and change management.
