Base: $100,500 - $160,800 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus; Benefits: Health, Life & Disability, 401k Savings Plan, Paid Holidays, Permissive Time Away

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of experience
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 6+ years of experience
Solid knowledge of power electronics
Experience in railway and/or e-Mobility sectors
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
