Must-have
8+ years architecting Salesforce at scale
Deep hands-on experience with Tray.io
Production experience with Outreach architecture
Strong working knowledge of Slack platform
Experience integrating with Snowflake and Kafka
Nice-to-have
Fluent with AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude
Experience with AgentForce and Data Cloud
Background in AI SDR or lead scoring systems
Previous bridge role between Business Systems and Engineering
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II or System Architect)
